The service lets you trace a shipment made and follow its progress, showing all the information relating to it.
You can consult the service by entering the BRT shipment number given on the Waybill.
You can view shipments made within the last year.
Any errors in entering information or a negative outcome to the search will be indicated in red at the top of the page.
The Search key activates the search for requests according to the requested parameters.

Shipment number.

The 12-figure number to type in is made up as follows:
ROUTE, or the code of the departure branch. Made up of 3 figures. If it has fewer figures, add zeroes to make it up to 3 (e.g. 001).
SERIES, or a number assigned to some customers. Made up of 2 figures. If it has fewer figures, add zeroes to make it up to 2 (e.g. 00, 01).
Actual shipment NUMBER. Made up of 7 figures. If it has fewer figures, add zeroes to make it up to 7 (e.g. 0000001).

Customer Parcel ID.

A unique parcel identification system using a bar code affixed by the sender. BRT's computer system may contain several shipments with the same parcel ID; in this case, we recommend that you enter the sender's customer code if known, or else specify or restrict the search period.
Attention: the customer parcel ID is case-sensitive.

The sender's customer code is a 7 figure code that BRT assigns to the sender.

From - On.

The start and end dates refer to the shipment date, which is the date the goods were collected or departed. If a period is not specified, shipments older than 2 months are ignored. Dates are given in the format dd.mm.yyyy (e.g. 30.04.2004).

The sender's customer code is a 7 figure code that BRT assigns to the sender.

The customer reference number for the document accompanying the shipment.
